What Atrium runs for you

  • Bring your records across

Import your students from a spreadsheet, or our data migration service brings families, classes, tutors and invoice history.

  • Turn enquiries into students

Trial requests from your website reach you the moment they arrive. Book the trial, then enrol.

  • Run the week

Generate the term's sessions, let tutors mark rolls on their phone, and start each day on what needs you.

  • Invoices and tutor pay

Draft a term of invoices to send through supported accounting software. Tutor pay builds from the classes taught.

  • Your team and families

Hiring, leave and cover for tutors, emails to the families you choose, and which centres each manager opens.

  • Set it up your way

Your own rooms, terms, subjects, roles, forms and email templates. Automations run once you switch them on.

What Aperium covers

Mathematics and English for Years 7 to 12, and Biology, Chemistry and Physics for Years 11 and 12.

Other states, subjects and year levels can be prepared on request.

Your recordscome too.

  • Join the Atrium waitlist, and we contact you when a place opens.
  • Tell us what you use now and which records you want brought across, and we reply with how we would move them.
  • Run this term from your old system while your records come across, and check them before you run a term in Atrium.

Questions

Who is Atrium for?

Tutoring centres that run classes by term, from small groups to private lessons, at one site or several. Each centre keeps its own terms, timetable and pay rules.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Atrium runs in the browser, with a phone layout for owners, managers, tutors and invited families.

At capacity for now

New centres join in small groups.
